week 11 pt 1

My business is a b2b style brand so unfortunately I never plan on making newsletters as a majority of the time I think they can tend to be quite distributive when I receive them. My marketing plan would be in two situation I am currently doing with my current business. We send personalized emails to real estate companies via email, and snail mail with custom red seals.

  1. Hi Matthew!
I like your idea of focusing your marketing efforts where you feel you can get the best ROI in the real estate industry. This aligns with your goal to make your interactions more personalized with your customers. Would you ever consider sending out a generic quarterly newsletter for prospective customers? That way they can get to know you and see examples of your great work. Just curious. :)
    Cheers!

  3. I never planned on making a newsletter either but now putting more thought into it a newsletter isn't such a bad idea because it keeps your customers in the loop. I would suggested maybe a newsletter every few months so you don't fill up your customers inbox.

  4. Hi Matthew,

Targeting emails to certain people will be effective and it will reach a more satisfied audience. Even if you don't send them out often, the people receiving your emails with appreciate you reaching out to them and providing great content.

  5. Hi Matthew,

It's important to understand your business and focus on the areas of marketing that work best for your audience. It's great that you know your business well enough to understand what works (and what doesn't) for your customers.
